Metropolis

India for Mental Health

India for Mental Health empowers young people to advocate for mental health, access resources, and engage through creative digital and in-person spaces alongside a diverse coalition of stakeholders

Mental Health Confab

Mental Health Confab is YMH’s annual flagship event that celebrates youth mental health by uniting students, professionals, advocates, artists, and organizations for a day of dialogue, creativity, and community

Outlive

YMH served as the Public Engagement Partner for Outlive (by Sangath and CMHLP), leading student workshops across three cities, supporting its storytelling campaign, and integrating it with our key initiatives like campus -based rests in Delhi.

WMHD Global Campaign

YMH served as the Official Partner of the World Federation for Mental Health for over 5 years to raise awareness, design youth-focused strategies, and amplify mental health advocacy worldwide during the WMHD Global Campaigns.

Learning & Training

YMH introduced educational programs to foster mental health awareness, skills, and youth leadership through reflective and experiential learning. Delivered both in-person and online, standout initiatives like Mental Health Bootcamps and Becoming, have engaged hundreds of college students nationwide.

Digital Campaigns

YMH harnesses the power of digital media to create inclusive, youth-led mental health conversations. Through collaborations with platforms like Yuvaa, Instagram, and PVR, we’ve hosted interactive events that fight stigma.

YMH Collective is a student engagement initiative offering mental well-being resources, volunteering opportunities, and advocacy tools to empower young people as changemakers in youth mental health.
